Litha Max
Litha is an outstanding hunting dog who is primarily hunted on ruffed grouse and woodcock in northern Michigan. She has an exceptional nose, a strong point and a ton of drive. She also loves the water and is a great retriever.
Not only has Max earned top scores in his tests, but Max has proved to be a competent upland dog while hunting Prairie Chickens in Nebraska and pheasants in South Dakota and Iowa.

Max is also very calm in the duck blind. He often spends his time with his eyes to the sky looking for ducks. Max has also been used to track deer for us and our friends. So far he is 4-4.

Max completed the VGP test with a very impressive score! Max earned high score of the weekend! This is a 2 day JGHV Utility dog test that consists of field work, water work, and forest work.

Happy 10th Birthday to the “C” litter! Cornelia aka “Crony” is the best dog we’ve ever had. I thank God every day for the blessing of owning such a loyal and smart friend.
